Ludo's Quest is a side-scrolling platformer that draws inspiration from classic titles such as Super Mario Bros and Ghosts 'n Goblins. It offers an engaging experience suitable for players of all ages, featuring 16 progressively challenging levels to complete.
For those interested in creative expansion, the game includes an integrated level editor, allowing users to design their own custom levels. Players can publish their creations online and share them with friends and the broader community, as well as enjoy levels crafted by others.
The narrative centers on a young boy named Ludo who resides in the village of Piedmont, located at the base of Mount Massif. The mountain is home to Castle Monfort, a foreboding structure shrouded in legend. Tales tell of a malevolent figure in the castle who possesses the power to resurrect the dead and exert control over them.
One fateful day, an army of undead abducts the villagers. Ludo manages to escape unnoticed during a nap in a haystack, following an intense training session with sword and armor that leaves him exhausted. Woken by the screams of his fellow villagers being taken to Castle Monfort, Ludo’s bravery, resilience, and resourcefulness set the stage for his quest: to rescue his friends and family from the clutches of darkness.
